GPEP invests in retail centres and retail markets across Germany. Our dedicated team of 45+ expert staff manages a portfolio of over 260 properties with a value of about one billion euros for our clients, combining approximately 690,000 m2 in rental space and over 700 tenants, including EDEKA, NETTO, REWE, Lidl, J. Bünting, Kaufland and ALDI. The vacancy rate of our conservative properties is less than 1 per cent. For properties with potential for further development, the vacancy rate stands at about 10 per cent on average.
