GPEP for investors. We analyse the market and identify suitable properties. We look after their management and – at the right time – their profitable sale, always proactively and with a great deal of expertise. In other words: we think one step ahead. And this is why we reach our goals faster.

GPEP for tenants. We are a reliable partner to our tenants, throughout the entire lease period. We ensure a smooth start and remain approachable and responsive, not just by email but – most importantly – in person.

As a financial services provider, we manage investments and real estate – with a high degree of expertise and great success. What makes us unique, though, is our commitment and passion for the work we do. After all, what you love doing, you usually do really well.

Marcel Fuhr

Managing Director

DTZ, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs… – the steps in Marcel Fuhr's professional life read like the Who's Who of the investment industry. In 2007, he launched his own company and has been focusing on the investment in retail properties across Germany for more than 20 years.

Jörn Burghardt

Managing Director

Jörn Burghardt has been Managing Director at GPEP since August 2021. Previously, he was managing director and member of the board of the Hahn Group for more than 11 years. Hailing originally from Rhineland, he has been passionate about the real estate sector for over 25 years now. And about the FC Cologne, of course.

Herwart W. Reip

Managing Director

Herwart W. Reip also has two decades of experience in the financial industry. The stages of his professional life include companies such as Merck Finck, Allgemeine Hypothekenbank, Aareal Bank and the Capmark Financial Group. Herwart has restructured and sold properties worth several billion euros for well-known investors from the banking industry.

Ralf Mauz

Managing Director

Ralf Mauz has been part of the GPEP management since January 2023. As an accountant by profession, he looks after GPEP's finances and is responsible for controlling and IT. These areas remain with him as well as the optimisation of analyses to monitor the performance and profitability of any properties purchased.

Marc Neis

Head of Asset Management

Marc Neis is one of the first employees at GPEP and is Head of Asset Management. As a real estate specialist, he is responsible for the proactive development of GPEP's retail locations.
