Realising and reinvesting
We develop a variety of exit scenarios, as early as at the time of acquisition, taking any and all necessary steps at an early stage, so that the relevant property will yield the best possible price – in a reasonable condition and a favourable market environment – at the end of the investment phase. We also provide reinvestment services.
